Christmas Refund Policy
Gifts can be returned within 14 days of our January reopening From the 4th Jan until the 18th Jan inclusive.
Please forward the email receipt to the person returning the item, we cannot refund without it. Please refer to bullet points below for more details.
If for any reason the item you have received is faulty, damaged, the wrong size or you were sent the wrong item, send it back to us within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund (not including shipping costs).
You can also exchange an item for something else or receive a credit note.
- You will need to return your item unused, and in the original packaging to us within 14 days from receiving your order.
- Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery.
- Your refund will be processed upon receipt of the goods. Please ensure your order number and contact details are enclosed.
- The return shipping costs will not be refunded (unless the item is faulty) and we will not be held responsible for missing items during their return. It is advised to return them 'tracked'.
- Refunds will need to be sent to the original payment method.
SALE & SAMPLE SALE items can only be returned for Exchange or Credit note.
