Making less than 200 pairs a year we focus on making the best footwear we can, not the most.
Using the highest quality leather from UK suppliers and where its needed veg tan from Bristols very own tannery.
Sustainability
By hand making our footwear to order and delivering direct to your door we never over produce.
With a cap on the amount we make a year we are not striving for the most but for the best footwear we can make. An economy based on growth is inherently unsustainable.
We use vegetable tanned leather not only for our uppers but through out the shoe, for our toe and heel stiffeners as well as our insoles & Midsoles. This means that your footwear will mould to your feet and will continue to get better with wear.

We are Lucy & Ollie and we started Ottowin in 2016 working from our small shared studio in Old Market, Bristol.
We had a few hand tools and a love for making. Over the years a studio has grown and so has our collection of tools and machinery.
Our passion for crafting high quality long lasting footwear has found a community of customers invested in their feet and the planets happiness.
