inspired by the ginormous gold hoops found in the Royal Tombs of Ur (have a google - they’re fantastic!!). I have made these large crescent hoops from sheets of wax, that I formed, crunched and then slightly melted above a candles flame. The wax has been cast into metal and these earrings are available in bronze and recycled sterling silver.

DETAILS:

  • About 2 inches wide.

  • These chunky sterling silver earrings have been hallmarked in London as they’re heavy - but still comfy to wear. Each earring weighs 10 grams.

  • They have stud fastenings hiding at the back and are supplied with secure push backs.

  • The two pieces are mismatched and not identical (pssst it’s an upside down version!).
